Therapy is dedicated time that is focused on supporting your emotional and psychological wellness. This allows you to explore and better understand yourself, heal from trauma, and be more equipped to navigate whatever life throws your way.
-
I offer virtual sessions to clients who live in Colorado and Texas.
-
A typical therapy session is 50-minutes long.
-
I meet with all clients on a weekly basis at the beginning of our work together. This frequency may decrease depending on the work that we’re doing and your individual needs.
-
My standard fee for new clients is $175/hour, but I also offer lower, sliding-scale fees for folx who need them.
-
I am committed to making therapy accessible while maintaining a sustainable practice. I offer a sliding scale for clients paying out-of-pocket, structured around annual household income. I’ve provided the guidelines below to help you find a fee that feels sustainable for your current circumstances:
$125 per session: Annual income below $60,000
$135 per session: Annual income between $60,000 – $85,000
$150 per session: Annual income between $85,000 – $110,000
$165 per session: Annual income between $110,000 – $135,000
$175 per session: Annual income above $135,000 (Standard Fee)
Note: This sliding scale applies to private-pay clients. If you are using Aetna or Optum insurance, your responsibility is determined by your specific plan’s contracted rate and co-pay.

I've supported clients grappling with trauma, anxiety, and depression, along with challenges in intimate relationships, by fostering a space for exploration, offering tailored coping skills, and nurturing self-awareness and acceptance.
-
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It is an extensively researched psychotherapy method that can resolve unprocessed trauma and help the brain resume its natural healing process.
-
I have used EMDR to treat clients struggling with trauma symptoms, depression, anxiety, and low self esteem.

A good starting point is to determine whether the areas I specialize in line up with what you need. I invite you to notice how you feel during our free phone consultation, and to continue exploring how connected, supported and safe you are in our therapeutic relationship, as well as the progress you’re making on your individual goals.
